RT @BStulberg: So much science shows that we thrive when we get 7-9 hrs of sleep and that sleep deprivation is associated with poor physical and mental health. I find it wildly ironic that, of all fields, MEDICINE tends to neglect sleep and even celebrate its lack. This is dumb and backwards.
