Colorado Springs trail running

A great little vacation in Colorado Springs with the family lead to some mountain trail running opportunities. I feel for all my mid-western friends as the weather could not have been better. Check out that vert gain and the overall elevation on the last pic.

Wish you were here......

Fall Season Training - full speed ahead

Here in July, we are underway with full distance marathon training for fall events. If you haven't started already, review your training schedule and get the ball rolling.

Half marathon and shorter distances events still have time to develop a training plan and get started.

Whether you need just a little assistance in finalizing your own plan or if you are starting from scratch, I'm glad to assist. Simply reach out to me via EMAIL so I can assist you in reaching your goals.

Below are some of the more popular longer events. Remember, there are many 5K events around that can be added to your plan training plan or be a target event as well.
